Preheat oven to 350°F and grease/line a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter and both sugars until smooth.
Then, whisk in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
Mix in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Don’t over mix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not completely clean but no wet batter).
Loosely tent with foil after about 40 minutes if top is browning too much.
Cover the top with mini marshmallows and bake 5-10 more minutes.
You could also broil very briefly for more browning, but you should remove any parchment paper if using
Top with teddy grahams and chocolate pieces after baking.
Cool before slicing.
