Crustless Pumpkin Pie Loaf
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 square baking dish

  2. In a bowl, whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk, sweetener, spices, vanilla, and salt until silky smooth

  3. Pour into prepared dish.

  4. Back for 45-55 minutes, until edges are set and the middle just barely jiggles.

  5. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better)

  6. Slice into squares.
