Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 square baking dish
In a bowl, whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk, sweetener, spices, vanilla, and salt until silky smooth
Pour into prepared dish.
Back for 45-55 minutes, until edges are set and the middle just barely jiggles.
Let cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better)
Slice into squares.
