Chopped Italian Sub Pasta Salad
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and pepperoncini peppers.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and other ingredients. Toss gently to combine.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
