Tanya’s Sushi Bake
  1. Mix the cooked rice, hot water, 1 Tbsp sugar, ¼ rice vinegar, and 1 Tbsp sesame oil together.

  2. Add Furikaki (Japanese seasoning) to taste.

  3. Mix the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, ½ cup Kewpie mayo, and ⅓ cup sugar together.

  4. Spread the rice mixture in a baking dish.

  5. Top with the crab meat mixture.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

  7. Top with spicy mayo, sushi sauce, cucumber, avocado, ginger, scallions, and seaweed.
