Artichoke Casserole
  1. Add salt, pepper, ½ cup of grated Parmesan Reggiano, a spoonful of minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and parsley and mix together.

  2. Add 1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

  3. Spray a dish and add half of the mixture, pressing it down.

  4. Add mozzarella cheese on top.

  5. Add the remaining mixture and press it down.

  6. Add more mozzarella cheese on top.

  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
