  1. Prepare all ingredients: finely chop parsley, grate garlic, finely chop and mush sundried tomatoes, finely slice and pit olives, and grate Parmesan

  2. Combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl

  3. Add the prepared garlic, parsley, sundried tomatoes, olives, Parmesan, and smoked paprika to the oil mixture

  4. Season with sea salt to taste

  5. Mix all ingredients together until well combined

  6. Adjust flavors to your preference and serve with crusty bread, crispy vegetables, or as desired
