Prepare all ingredients: finely chop parsley, grate garlic, finely chop and mush sundried tomatoes, finely slice and pit olives, and grate Parmesan

Add the prepared garlic, parsley, sundried tomatoes, olives, Parmesan, and smoked paprika to the oil mixture
Season with sea salt to taste
