Baguette Garlic Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 390 °F.

  2. Slice the baguette into slices of about 3 cm using a serrated knife. Do not cut all the way through so that the baguette stays together.

  3. Chop the garlic and parsley.

  4. Mix the butter, garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Mash everything with a fork.

  5. Spread the garlic butter mixture between the baguette slices and on top. If necessary, add some cheese between the slices.

  6. Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in case the butter leaks out to the foil.

  7. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

  8. Serve warm.
