Bean Salad

1 - 14 oz can green beans

1 - 14 oz can yellow beans

1 - 19 oz can chic peas

1 - 14 oz can red kidney beans

1 medium onion chopped

1 green pepper cut in small pcs

Marinade

Mix together

¾ cup white sugar

⅔ cup white vinegar

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Chopped parsley

Drain the beans and peas. Add onion, peppers, parsley and marinade.

Refrigerate one day before use. Store in covered jars in the fridge.
