Overnight No Knead Ciabatta
  1. Mix all ingredients together with a spatula until the dough is sticky.

  2. Allow the dough to rest in the fridge overnight.

  3. Flour surfaces well, then use a floured bench scraper or a knife to cut the dough into rough rectangle shapes.

  4. Transfer to a baking tray and allow to rest for 15 minutes in the tray.

  5. Bake until golden brown and crispy at 200c fan.
