– 1-2, Apples thinly sliced (depending on how much apple you want).
– 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
– ½ tbsp. Brown Sugar
– ½ tsp. Cinnamon
– 2 tbsp Apricot Jam
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread pie crust into 9 inch quiche/tart pan, pressing dough against edges.
Thinly slice apple and toss in lemon juice.
Spread desired amount of apricot jam onto pie crust.
Arrange apple slices on top of jam.
Sprinkle with pre-mixed sugar and cinnamon.
Let cool then glaze with diluted apricot jam/water.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
INSTRUCTIONS
This tart can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. Tastes great the next day!
