Soak the grain rice in water at room temperature overnight.
Blend the soaked rice and add a bit of water and a pinch of salt.
Blend a second time to mix everything through.
Steam the mixture for 10-12 minutes.
Add olive oil and knead the dough until smooth.
Toss the rice cakes with a little sesame oil.
In a pan, add oil, minced garlic, rice cake, soy sauce, red pepper powder, and sugar syrup.
Garnish with shredded green onions and sesame seeds.
