Cook vermicelli rice noodles as per package instructions
Prepare the hoisin sticky soy sauce by combining 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp honey
Add approximately 1 Tbsp warm water if the sauce mixture is too thick
Cook the beef mince with crushed garlic and crushed ginger
Add the wombok cabbage and carrot to the beef mince
Pour the hoisin sticky soy sauce over the mixture and cook until combined
Serve the beef mince mixture over the cooked vermicelli rice noodles
