Pistachio Coffee Cake
  1. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and pistachio cream until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease pan and place a cookie sheet underneath.

  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, extracts, then dry ingredients. Stir in pistachios.

  4. Combine pistachios, brown sugar, butter, and flour.

  5. Pour half the batter in the pan. Add cream cheese layer and half the streusel. Top with remaining batter and streusel.

  6. Bake: 55-70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, add pistachio cream if desired.
