Add chicken thighs, honey, dark soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin sauce, ginger paste, garlic cloves, corn flour mixed with water, and chicken stock to your slow cooker
Cook for 4-5 hours on high, or 7-8 hours on low
Stir chicken and slightly break up before adding in the cooked noodles 20 minutes towards the end to heat through
Top with spring onions and sesame seeds to finish
