For infused Gin:
x1 750ml bottle aurora gin
2 tsp bee pollen
combine in jar & shake to dissolve, or let sit overnight. strain out any remaning solids with fine mesh. contents will settle out, give the bottle a little shake before pouring.
For LEMON INFUSED HONEY
1 cup honey
1 cup warm water
zest of 1 lemon
combine in jar & shake to dissolve, infuse in fridge overnight. strain out zest with fine mesh or cheese cloth.
Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake for approximately 30 seconds to chill, dilute & froth.
Double strain into a chilled glass or over ice.
