Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Cream your butter and sugars together in a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
Add flax eggs and vanilla. Mix again.
Add almond flour, salt and baking soda and mix on low speed until a dough forms.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips and pecan pieces (if using). Once combined, press cookie bar dough into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with pink salt (or sea salt).
Let cool for 30 minutes, slice and enjoy!!
