Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, almond flour, keto-friendly sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough is smooth like cookie dough.
Roll into balls and drop onto baking sheet, leaving room between them. Once all cookies are added, make a crisscross design on them with a fork.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, then cool & enjoy!
