Melt the butter
Add the flour, salt, and sugar
Gradually add the milk, mixing until smooth
Add more milk or water as needed to thin the batter
Pour the batter onto one side of the pan and twist to coat the bottom
Make 6-8 crêpes
In a separate pan, melt the ¼ cup of sugar and orange juice to make a caramel sauce
Add a bit of extra sugar and a little bit of the caramel sauce to the crêpes
