  1. Mix ground meat with salt, pepper, grated onion, and parsley.

  2. Shape into small balls.

  3. Freeze for ~30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Prepare a bowl of cold water and a tray of flour.

  5. Dip each meatball in water → coat in flour.

  6. Repeat this water + flour coating 4 times.

  7. Lightly roll each ball in your hands to smooth the shape.

  8. Boil in salted water for 6–8 minutes.

  9. Serve with crispy garlic chili oil mixed with soy sauce and top with green onions.
