Wash potatoes well, and cut each into 8 wedges; set aside
Combine Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients and stir well.
Dip Potato wedges in melted butter; arrange in a single layer in a lightly greased 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over potatoes.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 Minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
