Siniyat Jaj Chicken (arabi Style)
  1. Add the chicken straight into the sinya.

  2. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion right in the tray.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over everything first, then add all spices, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses on top.

  4. Mix everything really well until it turns into a paste and coats the chicken and veggies.

  5. Add about ¾–1 cup of water around the tray.

  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

  7. Remove the foil and bake another 25–30 minutes until golden.

  8. Optional: broil at the end for color.

  9. Spoon the juices over everything.
