Place down a sheet of foil on the side. Take out the sausage meat and place at the top section of the foil.
Place the bacon under the sausage meat to get an idea of the size. Ensure the bacon crosses over so there are going to be no gaps when you're wrapping.
Place the sausage meat ontop of the bacon. Using the foil, lift the side closest to you over the top of the sausage meat and continue to roll it over.
After tightly wrapping the pig in a bacon blanket, wrap it in a foil one.
Place in a 180C oven for 15 minutes.
Take it out of the oven unwrap from its foil coat and place back in the oven for a further 15 minutes until crisp.
Remove and behold the giant pig in blanket.
