Grilled Chicken Sticks With Plum Sauce
  1. Cut chicken lengthwise along the breast ¾ inch strips. Drizzle with olive oil, mint, lemon zest, garlic and pepper. Marinate for 1-4 hours, then remove excess marinade.

  2. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat for direct grilling.

  3. Thread chicken onto bamboo sticks, season with salt, and grill for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  4. Baste with the plum sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
