Steak and potatoes
  1. Chop baby potatoes in half

  2. Toss potatoes in avocado oil, salt, and pepper

  3. Pour potatoes into a baking dish and try to flip them cut side down

  4. Dissolve half a chicken bouillon cube in a cup of water and pour over the potatoes

  5. Add garlic to the potatoes later so it doesn't burn

  6. Chop parsley for chimichurri

  7. Mix parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper for chimichurri

  8. Snap ends off asparagus

  9. Salt and pepper the steak

  10. Sear the steak in a hot pan, then add garlic, rosemary, and thyme

  11. Baste the steak with butter

  12. Let the steak rest, then add the butter, garlic, and herbs on top

  13. Sauté the asparagus with garlic, salt, and pepper

  14. Finish with lemon juice
