Chipotle's Red Chimichurri At Home
  1. Chop and core the red peppers and jalapeño

  2. Cover peppers and jalapeño in olive oil and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes

  3. Peel the burnt skin off the roasted peppers

  4. Chop the roasted peppers with the chipotle peppers

  5. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar

  6. Shake the jar for 3-7 days

  7. Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving
