Twister Jar Mayonnaise
  1. Add egg yolks, vinegar, mustard, salt, and ¼ cup (60 ml) oil to the Twister Gripper lid.

  2. Blend at low speed for 10-15 seconds.

  3. Select low speed and add the remaining oil over 30 seconds.

  4. During the final seconds of blending, if the mayonnaise blade is spinning freely, stop blending, as the emulsification process is complete.
