My Dough Recipe
  1. Mix water and yeast

  2. Add flour and olive oil, mix for 2 minutes

  3. Add sugar and salt, mix for 10 more minutes

  4. Cover with plastic wrap, rest for 1-3 hours

  5. Divide into dough balls

  6. Shape and seal the seams

  7. Place in lightly oiled containers

  8. Cover and refrigerate for 1-3 days

  9. Let come to room temperature before baking
