Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna
  1. Pat shrimp dry.

  2. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Sauté shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until just pink (don't overcook). Remove and set aside.

  5. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  6. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  7. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.

  8. Slowly whisk in milk and cream.

  9. Simmer 5–6 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened.

  10. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using).

  11. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  12. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  13. Add a layer of noodles, a layer of ricotta, some shrimp, mozzarella, and sauce.

  14. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.

  15. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  16. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  17. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

  18. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
