Chicken Marinade:
Chicken Coating (Flour mix):
Sauce:
Corn Starch slurry:
Dice up 2 chicken breast and marinate with the ingredients listed above.
After marinating for 10 minutes, coat your chicken with the flour mix.
Spray it with some oil and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 F. (Flip halfway and spray with more oil to ensure
crispiness)
Heat up sauce to a oil and add surry and let cook till thickened a bit.
Add in your cooked chicken and mix.
