Vietnamese Lemongrass Grilled Pork
  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the garlic powder, onion powder, lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, ground coriander, salt, chicken bouillon, paprika, cayenne powder, neutral oil, sesame oil, and vodka (or soda).

  2. Add the pork and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the pork for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and charred on the outside.

  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
