Salted Caramel Chocolate Nut Chunks
  1. Pit the dates and chuck them into a food blender with the nut butter and waz it all up until it forms a clump.

  2. Pull out and roll it out on some greecproof paper.

  3. Put in the freezer for about and hour.

  4. Chop up into pieces and cover in the melted chocolate.

  5. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over some boiling water.

  6. Put back in the freezer to set.
