I like to start browning the mushrooms first, then add in the shallots, garlic snd then the rest of the vegetables, granulated garlic, sea salt, black pepper and fresh thyme.
Cook off the flour a bit and add in the wine, broth. Bring to a boil and in the rice. Let cook for 35 mins.
Add in the chicken, cream and continue to let cook for another 5-10 mins.
