Add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot
Rinse the rice well and add 1 cup of water (adjust to ¾ cup or ½ cup of water accordingly if your toppings have a lot of water)
Add the toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger)
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and let it naturally release for 10 minutes
Add gochujang and sesame oil
Serve with seaweed
