High Protein Chicken Bibimbap
  1. Add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot

  2. Rinse the rice well and add 1 cup of water (adjust to ¾ cup or ½ cup of water accordingly if your toppings have a lot of water)

  3. Add the toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger)

  4. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and let it naturally release for 10 minutes

  5. Add gochujang and sesame oil

  6. Serve with seaweed
