Add the canned tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic infused olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme and onion powder into a bowl, season with a kiss of sea salt & black pepper and whisk together until well mixed, set aside
Spread the butter over the 4 sandwich slices, add 2 slices havarti cheese over 2 slices of bread (butter side) and 1 slice of cheddar cheese, add the other slice of bread butter side down over the cheese, gently push down on the sandwich to compact it together, then cut into 4 evenly sized pieces
Dip each piece of sandwich into the milk, then into the egg wash (2 eggs whisked together) and finally into the bread crumbs, seasoned with dried oregano and sea salt, making sure it´s evenly coated all around
Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat and add in ½ cup sunflower oil
Once the oil gets hot, add the coated slices of sandwich into the pan, all in a single layer and evenly spaced out (cook in 2 batches), after 1 ½ minutes flip to fry the other side, after another 1 ½ minutes remove from the pan and transfer over a wire rack, cook the next batch in the same method
Transfer the tomato sauce into a serving dish and decorate the crispy grilled cheese sandwiches around the sauce, serve at once, enjoy!
