Heat the grill to high heat.
Combine marinade ingredients (everything except the chicken thighs) in a large bowl and add chicken thighs. Toss to coat evenly.
Reduce heat to low and add the chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the chicken thighs reach 165 degrees internally.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
