Prepare red sauce by mixing ¼ cup oil, ¼ cup tomato paste, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ¼ cup water, and salt to taste
Warm 4 large pita breads
Assemble sandwiches by filling pita with cooked meat, quartered roma tomatoes, and jalapeños
Drizzle with tahini sauce and red sauce
