  1. Mix the cream cheese, imitation crab, sugar, white pepper, and salt until well combined.

  2. Chop the green onions and add them to the cream cheese mixture.

  3. Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface and add about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling to the center of each wrapper.
