For Orange Sesame Ginger dressing: Combine 1 garlic clove, ⅛ tsp ginger, zest from 1 orange, juice from 2 oranges, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1-2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and ¾ cups oil
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onion
