Preheat air fryer to 375°.
Add frozen shrimp in a single layer and air fry 6 minutes, until opaque.
Add another 60–90 seconds if needed.
While the shrimp cooks, microwave butter and garlic until melted.
Stir in Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss shrimp in the garlic butter sauce and serve with scallions and lemon wedges.
