Gut Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Line standard size baking pans (I recommend two pans) with parchment paper, lightly coated with oil

  5. Spread batter into thin layer on pan

  6. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden brown
