Slimmer’s Vegetable Broth With Cabbage
  1. Put all prepared vegetables in a big saucepan.

  2. Sprinkle the Stock Powder over and add the boiling water and Green Onion Seasoning.

  3. Boil for 25 minutes.

  4. Add Garlic and Herb Seasoning to taste.

  5. If preferred you can liquidise the soup to get a smooth texture.

  6. Keep some in the fridge and freeze the rest in portion sizes.

  7. Microwave and serve hot.
