Bell Pepper Burgers
  1. Cut tops/bottoms off of peppers and discard; remove innards of peppers

  2. Season beef with salt/pepper/garlic powder

  3. stuff peppers with ground beef

  4. Cut stuffed peppers into ⅓" slices

  5. Cook until patties reach an internal temperature of 165

  6. top with provolone cheese to melt
