Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions in a large Dutch pot, then strain and set aside
In the same pot on medium heat, cook the bacon until fully cooked, then remove and set aside
Add sliced onion to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly
Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally
Add the cooked bacon back to the pot
Add heavy cream and chicken broth and bring to a simmer
Once sauce begins to thicken (3-4 minutes), turn heat off
Add Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, and lemon juice
Add cooked pasta to the pot and mix
Serve immediately
