Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes
  1. Mix together the 2 cups of flour, ¼ cup of sugar, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, ¼ teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.

  2. Add 1 ¾ cups of milk, ¼ cup of melted butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and 1 large egg, and mix to create the pancake batter.

  3. Set the griddle to 350 degrees.

  4. For the cinnamon swirl, mix together 2 tablespoons of melted butter, ¼ cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of flour.

  5. Place the cinnamon swirl mixture in a piping bag or Ziploc bag and pipe it into the pancakes on the griddle.

  6. Flip the pancakes when bubbles start to form.

  7. Enjoy the pancakes with a cup of coffee.
