  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, pepper, smoked paprika, bouillon, and salt.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

  3. Boil fettuccine according to package instructions; reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan and season with garlic powder, pepper, and bouillon.

  6. Add reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.

  7. Stir in cooked fettuccine and broccoli if using.

  8. Top with sliced chicken and parsley. Serve warm!
