Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Parmesan And Salami
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut off the very tip of the stem of each brussel sprout and then cut it in half lengthwise. Toss it in a large bowl with the salami, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated. Transfer the contents to a small casserole dish or ceramic baker and place the dish in the oven.

  2. Roast until the brussel sprouts have turned golden and the tips are a nice golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
