Tofu Noodle And Peanut Butter Chili Sauce
  1. Add tofu, flour, and salt into a bowl.

  2. Mix for several minutes until firm dough is formed.

  3. Sprinkle some extra flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough until flat.

  4. Cut into vertical strips or any desired shape.

  5. Boil in water for 3-5 minutes.

  6. In a pan, add some sesame oil and lightly saute 1 tbsp minced garlic and the white end of a green onion.

  7. Turn off the heat and add in your peanut butter sauce and ¼ cup of pasta water (the water where the noodle are cooking).

  8. Mix into a creamy paste.

  9. Add in cooked noodles and mix gently.

  10. Serve immediately and top with extra chili oil and green onions.
