  1. Warm up the oven to 375-400 degrees F.

  2. Place the naan on the butter paper and wet the paper with the olive oil.

  3. Scatter the mozzarella and put the blackberries in the bowl and mash them with a spoon. After that add balsamic and mix them.

  4. Equally distribute the mixture of blackberries on each naan.

  5. Add the ricotta dollops to each naan.

  6. Bake the mixture for 15-18 minutes.

  7. Broil the mixture for 1-2 minutes.

  8. Take out from the oven and top it with honey.

  9. Slice and enjoy.
