Tater Brick Bites
  1. Cut Potatoes about ¼ inch thick and crosshatch with skewers and a knife

  2. Cut into 4 pieces and add to cold water to draw out the starch (makes it crispy)

  3. Spray Chosen Foods Avocado Oil on a sheet pan and place down potatoes

  4. Melt Butter and add cajon seasoning to paint the bricks red

  5. Add to smoker or oven at 425°F for 30 minutes or until crispy

  6. Top with Sauce, Parmesan, and Chives
