Grilled Zucchini
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Slice the zucchini into long ½-inch thick slices and place them on a plate or baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, basil, salt & pepper. Squeeze half of the lemon over the zucchini and toss to coat.

  4. Add the strips to the preheated grill in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until tender crisp.

  5. Serve immediately.
